Our Warranty

American Glass Professionals’ warranties its glass replacement service against defects in materials supplied and/or workmanship of those materials for as long as you own or lease the vehicle, or the next service is performed on the windshield or related calibration.

To process a warranty claim, American Glass Professionals must be notified within 30 days of discovering the defect. Once notified, American Glass Professionals may require a vehicle inspection prior to approving the warranty claim.

This warranty is not transferrable to another owner/lessor. No other warranty, neither express nor implied, applies.

Before each installation, American Glass Professionals technicians inspect the vehicle for any visible damage and document the findings on a pre-inspection form. American Glass Professionals is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle that existed prior to service. In some cases, we may not discover damage to the vehicle until we remove the glass. This might include rust or other damage to the pinch weld or frame that prevents safe installation. In these instances, prior to any installation, you are responsible for all costs to repair the damage or rust including the cost to transport your vehicle to and from a qualified body shop if necessary.

If your vehicle requires recalibration, the recalibration is warrantied for one year after recalibration or until the next recalibration event, whichever occurs first. A recalibration event is defined by your vehicle manufacturer and includes things such as a vehicle collision, windshield replacement, disconnection or removal of the camera, and vehicle re-alignment.

Please note that this warranty does not cover other vehicle damage outside of the materials supplied by American Glass Professionals. Any claim of vehicle damage beyond American Glass Professional supplied materials, must be made within 14 days of installation. American Glass Professionals reserves the right to assess any damage and responsibility. If determined that the damage was caused by American Glass Professionals, American Glass Professionals will repair the vehicle back to its preinstallation condition. In the event the warranty repair requires work beyond the expertise of glass replacement, American Glass Professionals may use other reputable experts repair facilities to restore the vehicle to the condition in which it was before the subject damage occurred. American Glass Professionals reserves the right to select the provider. If the repair renders the vehicle to be out of service, American Glass Professionals will reimburse the client for a replacement rental at the fair market value. Fair market value is determined by American Glass Professionals and will be calculated at a set cost per day of need. American Glass Professionals will not reimburse any other ancillary costs, such as gasoline, insurance, or vehicle upgrades.

Damage not resulting from defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. This includes any damage resulting from faulty sunroof mechanisms or installation of such mechanisms.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AMERICAN GLASS PROFESSIONALS, ITS PARENT AND/OR AFFILIATE COMPANIES, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR GLASS.
